FIONA MCGARRY

I am Fiona McGarry, I have over 11 years experience of working with children who have complex histories, both within the residential sector in Shropshire and within Coventry and Warwickshire CAMHS as part of a multidisciplinary team. Alongside working individually with children and young people in psychotherapy I also have experience of providing support and training to groups of residential care workers and foster carers, and within Sea Change Psychotherapy providing therapeutic parenting support to parents.  

As an Psychotherapist I am inspired by the way in which children and young people can express themselves and connect with their feelings and experiences through art-making and play, and I find my role in helping them make sense of their communications hugely rewarding.
